• Stars contains the same holo flecks found in the Cosmic edition of the Planets collection.
Description: Stars will be your new favorite top coat. It contains a sparse amount of micro holographic flakies to create a starry look over any base color! Our photos show it over a black base, and other colors! Use it over the Planets collection Galaxy edition to add a beautiful speckled starry look. If you use this over a magnetic nail polish, make sure to use the magnet again to keep the magnetic effect.
