I forgot to use a code at checkout, can I still use it?
Yes! Please email us your order number and the code so we can apply it and send over a refund.
How can make a change to my order or combine orders?
We can make changes to your order as long as it hasn't shipped or left our warehouse!
Adding Items: Email us the name of the item/s you would like to add along with your order number. We will send over an invoice to your email and they will get added to your open order.
Removing Items: Email us the name of the item/s you would like to remove along with your order number. A refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
Combining Orders: Email us your order numbers and we will combine your open orders. Any shipping overages will be refunded back to your account and if your combined orders meet our free shipping threshold, all shipping charges will be refunded.
Sometimes we will automatically combine orders to reduce the number of packages and lower your shipping rates. Extra shipping charges will always be refunded.
Are these gel nail polishes, will you ever have gel? How can I remove them?
Our products are regular air dry nail polishes and do not require any gel lamps, UV light, LED light, or any other special equipment. Simply paint your nails and let them air dry!
To remove, simply use a cotton ball dipped with regular nail polish remover or Acetone. No soaking is required.
How long will it take to receive my order, where do ship from and how do you ship?
SHIPPING: Your order will typically leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours MON-FRI.
Sales events, holiday, or new product launches might delay shipping times by a few business days.
TRANSIT: We ship all domestic USA orders via USPS and all international orders via FEDEX.
Typical delivery time is within 2-7 days excluding weekends.
COMBINING / SPLITTING ORDERS: Your order might arrive in multiple packages to speed up shipping times.
Multiple orders may be combined and shipping refunded if shipped to the same address.
SHIP FROM: All orders are shipped from our Cleveland warehouse.
Are your products 10-free, vegan, and cruelty free?
We are proud to say that our products are VEGAN, CRUELTY-FREE, and BIG 10 FREE!
We do not use these 10 ingredients in our formulations: Formaldehyde, Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Camphor, Formaldehyde Resin, Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide, Tert-Butyl Hydroperoxide Triphenyl Phosphate (TPHP), Parabens, and Fragrances.
The product I wanted is sold out! What are my options?
While we try our best to keep our shop stocked, due to the hand crafted nature of our products, limited supply availability and high demand, stock levels will fluctuate and can't be guaranteed. If a product you wanted is sold out, please sign up for a "back in stock" notification located directly on the item page.
We are not able to hold items for a later date.
