My ILNP polish is supposed to be sparkly, but it’s nothing without my holographic topper from Starrily. It really brings my polish to life, and I love it.
I was looking for a very subtle scattered holo topcoat with very tiny particles and this is exactly what I was looking for. It doesn't take away from the color underneath if you only do one coat and you can still see the beautiful holo sparkles.
I was expecting/hoping the glitter to be a little larger than it is, but the subtle, delicate finish this brings is still very pretty!
This is a VERY scattered holo. Pinky - bare, ring - 2 coats Stars, middle jelly sandwich w/ 1 base and top coat Crown and 2 coats Stars in the middle, pointer - 3 coats Crown w/ 1 coat Stars on top. This does not work as a stand alone and is really hard to see with a darker polish jelly sandwich. Works best as a sparse topper imo.
I think it is a pretty topper and adds a little twinkle to any polish. I have it over Ghost Jelly. ♡
Perfect holo topper! Sometimes holo can look like little peppery specks on light colors but this one has blended seamlessly into everything ive used it on. So twinkly 🤩

I love this polish. Subtle in indoor lighting but full on sparkle and shine in the sun. I use it over nearly any polish to add that little extra bit of sparkle. Ordered multiple bottles for backups. I use it that much and Starrily is an amazing brand.

This is one of my favorite toppers! It's subtle and offers just a hint of sparkle. I use this over just about everything. If I want more sparkle, I just add another coat. I have bolder sparkling toppers that I love, but this one is really my favorite. I think this is my 4th purchase of Stars.
I have been using this topper for years, and it is my favorite scattered hollow topper! It's perfect for when I want just a kiss of sparkle that doesn't overwhelm the base polish. It is so dainty, sparkly, and gorgeous!
This my third purchase of Stars. One of them i gifted to my bestie, who also loves it. It's the one topper I use most frequently. I love it! It adds just a hint of delicate sparkle. I've used it over different French Manicures, and pretty much every color I have. I like that I can add another coat if I want a bit more sparkle. It dries quickly, too. And I have to say your packaging is awesome as well. I love the cute boxes.

It should be called Super Scattered Stars. I shake it upside down, roll it between my hands and still get maybe 3 to 5 pin points per dunk. I would literally have to do 10+ layers to get the effect they show in the site pics.

Absolutely love stars top coat, it’s perfection! It adds the perfect amount of sparkle to any polish and blends in seamlessly. You can’t tell at all that it’s not a part of whatever polish you’re adding it on top of. I hope this polish stays in stock cause I’m sure I’ll be adding it to everything and will need multiple bottles!
The perfect sparse holo topper. Was very subtle, but had a delightful rainbow under strong light. Goes very well with dark navy.
I love the stars top coat! I really wanted a top coat with just a little sparkle for a more delicate look, and this is perfect. It applies smoothly and dries quickly. I feel like I'll be using this a lot. And, I really love the packaging, too. Adorable box! Shipping was very quick and my bottles of polish were packed really well, too. Sooooo happy I discovered you!!
This Holographic Top Coat is beautiful! Doesn't completely take over my mani if I did nail art first and I absolutely love it! Or even if no nail art, it gives a beautiful holographic sparkle without completely covering the color that you put it on top of! I am so happy I tried it!
