Closed Captions: Start by applying 2 thin coats of Star Crossed. Once dry, use the Micro Point brush and Moonlight to make a big plus sign. Then, make a small x in the middle of that plus sign to create a star. Create another star. Using the tip of Encke's comet brush dipped in Moonlight to dot small stars around the stars. To finish, allow everything to completely dry and gently apply Antimatter using very light pressure to avoid smudging your design. Use Quantum Eraser to clean up any mistakes.
