  • How long does shipping take?
    Our processing time is the same or next day. A shipping confirmation and tracking code will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.

  • Do you ship internationally? 
    We ship to most countries.  However, we can't guarantee delivery once it leaves the USA.

  • Are your products tested on animals? 
    No way! We do not test on animals and our products are cruelty-free. We also try using only vegan friendly ingredients in all of our products. 
  • What does 5-free mean? 
    Our nail polishes are 5-free meaning they do not contain any Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor.
  • Where do I enter a giftcard/promo/discount gift? 
    Any codes can be entered at the checkout page.
  • Do you ever have sales or giveaways? 
    Follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter to be alerted each time we run a promotion!
  • Are your products found in stores? 
    At this moment, our nail polishes are available online exclusively through www.starrily.com and our authorized online distributors.
  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges? 
    We do not allow refunds or exchanges in case you changed your mind about an item or entered the wrong address at checkout. Each issue is handled on a case to case basis.
