Each Noble Neons Holographic nail polish provides an intense burst of color that dries to a semi-matte finish. Apply a glossy topcoat for shine. When exposed to UV light, each nail polish unveils its hidden mystique, transforming into a vivid and glowing spectacle that echoes the mesmerizing beauty of its parent element. All colors can be used alone in 2-3 coats, for an even brighter color, use them over a white nail polish!
All neon nail polishes contain fluorescent ingredients that will eventually fade to a lesser bright color within a few months, however, they will still be neon. Store your nail polish in a dark location away from sunlight, and do not expose the bottles to UV light, to maximize their brightness.
