Items purchased through a gift card will not be eligible for returns. Must have original proof of purchase when requesting a return. Return limit, a maximum of 3 products can be returned per customer, per address. Returns are not valid on multiples of an item. Purchase no more than 1 bottle if you would like to try out the color before ordering multiple quantities. Returns are not valid on certain items, these items will be marked.
Due to the nature of cosmetic items, we never re-sell returned products. Be assured that your nail polish will always be in new condition. All returned nail polishes are inspected and discarded. We're a small company and our nail polishes are very expensive to make. Please be mindful and know what you're ordering beforehand by reading the descriptions. Why don't you ship to my country?
Since nail polish is flammable, it is considered a "Dangerous Good". Not all countries allow the import of certain "Dangerous Goods". If your country doesn't allow the import of "Dangerous Goods", unfortunately our shipping provider, Fedex will not be able to ship to your country/zip code.
How can I change my order after it's been placed?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email from us, please contact us ASAP.
How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?
After you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be picked up by the carrier, you'll receive another email with shipping information. Please use the carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
