• Shipping Information

  • Regular 1-7 day order processing time. *Excludes weekends, holidays, new releases and pre-orders. We ship weekdays from Mon-Fri via USPS for USA orders and Fedex for international orders. Please allow an additional 2-3 weekdays for orders placed during new releases, holidays and sales events. We do not ship to APO boxes.

    Processing time means when the package leaves our warehouse. This does not include delivery time. Delivery time depends completely on the postal service.

• Returns Information

  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases at Starrily. You may return your merchandise within the first 15 days after your package was delivered. Exclusions apply.

    Return Policy: 

    Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item being returned was arrived damaged or defective. We request photographic evidence of damaged or defective items through email. Purchases will receive a refund in the paid price of the item plus any applicable taxes issued in the original form of payment or a virtual gift card. Items purchased on sale can’t be returned and ineligible items included in the return package will not be credited. We do not accept exchanges. Returns are only valid for our USA customers who purchased through our website. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. 

    Returns are not valid on sale items and holiday promotions. To qualify for a return, your original shipping address must be in the USA. Returns are only valid on purchases made from www.starrily.com

    Items purchased through a gift card will not be eligible for returns. Must have original proof of purchase when requesting a return. Return limit, a maximum of 3 products can be returned per customer, per address. Returns are not valid on multiples of an item. Purchase no more than 1 bottle if you would like to try out the color before ordering multiple quantities. Returns are not valid on certain items, these items will be marked. 

    Due to the nature of cosmetic items, we never re-sell returned products. Be assured that your nail polish will always be in new condition. All returned nail polishes are inspected and discarded. We're a small company and our nail polishes are very expensive to make. Please be mindful and know what you're ordering beforehand by reading the descriptions. If you have any questions regarding a product, please ask us and we will email you right away.

    Starrily has the discretion to update this return policy at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed.     Why don't you ship to my country?

    We would love to ship to your country however nail polish is a flammable item and has several shipping restrictions. If your country is not listed here, we're unable to ship to your area.  

    How can I change my order after it's been placed?

    If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email from us, please contact us ASAP. 

    How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

    After you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be picked up by the carrier, you'll receive another email with shipping information. Please use the carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

    *Sometimes USPS does not scan the packages immediately. Please allow up to 72 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.

    Are your products tested on animals?

    We do not test on animals and our products are cruelty-free. We use only vegan friendly ingredients in all of our products.

      

    What does 5-free mean?

    We only use the highest quality and safest ingredients available. 5-free nail polish means our products don't contain any of the 5 harmful chemicals: Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, and Camphor.
